Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Policy
All products sold through Lucide.gg are digital goods delivered electronically and instantly. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once the license key or download link has been issued.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered case-by-case under these circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase: If charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error.
- Non-Delivery: If you did not receive your license key within 24 hours and support cannot resolve it.
- Product Defect: If the product is materially non-functional and support cannot provide a fix.
Contact our Discord within 48 hours of purchase with your order details.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to read product description or system requirements.
- System incompatibility if requirements were stated.
- Terms of Service violations resulting in license revocation.
- Requests after 48 hours from purchase.
- Already activated, used, or redeemed products.
- Subscription renewals where the user failed to cancel.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. The refund amount excludes transaction fees. Your license key will be immediately revoked upon refund.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Lucide.gg strictly prohibits chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our support team.
If you initiate a chargeback without following our refund process, Lucide.gg reserves the right to pursue legal action seeking damages of no less than $7,500.00 plus attorney fees, court costs, and additional damages.
This covers administrative burden, lost revenue, processor penalties, and reputational harm from unauthorized chargebacks. Contact Discord support to resolve payment concerns before disputing with your bank.
6. Subscription Cancellation
Cancel anytime through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
7. Modifications
We may modify this policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
