By accessing or using the Lucide.gg website and purchasing any digital products or license keys (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Lucide.gg ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility

3. Digital Products & License Keys

All products sold through Lucide.gg are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive a license key or download link granting you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the software.

• License keys are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or transferred.
• Each license is bound to a single user and/or device as specified in the product description.
• We reserve the right to revoke any license at our sole discretion if these Terms are violated.
• Digital products are delivered as-is at the time of purchase. Features may change with updates.

4. Account & Purchase Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and license keys. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any product.
• Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute license keys or software to any third party.
• Use our products for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures, license verification, or access controls.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to interact with our Services without permission.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or impairs our Services.

6. Payment & Pricing

All prices are in USD. Payments are processed through Komerza. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect previously completed transactions.

7. Delivery

All digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment. License keys are provided via email and/or your account dashboard. Contact our Discord for delivery issues.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Lucide.gg is the intellectual property of Lucide.gg or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucide.gg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. You use our products at your own risk.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use our products and licenses will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
